CONSULTATION FEE
Rawls Legal charges a consultation fee of $50 that is expected at the time of the initial consultation and may be paid by cash, check, or card. This amount is substantially lower than an attorney's hourly rate and covers up to an hour of meeting with attorney Austin Ryan Rawls. Prior to meeting with the attorney, you will be asked to read and sign a one page agreement that explains what the consultation fee entails and what you should expect from your consultation. After discussing your potential case and answering any of your questions, the attorney may offer to represent you and if accepted, will present you with an attorney-employment agreement that will contain the agreed upon fee for Rawls Legal's services.
MYCASE CLIENT PORTAL
Rawls Legal offers clients an easy way to stay up-to-date with what's going on in their case with the MyCase Client Portal. This online, easy to use case management software allows you to message the attorney, check court dates, make payments, and upload documents. Providing an email address is all we need to get you started with the MyCase Client Portal.
FIXED FEE CASES
For most Rawls Legal cases, we offer a Fixed Fee attorney-employment agreement. A Fixed Fee agreement is advantageous for clients because they know exactly how much their case will cost them from the outset. You won't be surprised by your bill at Rawls Legal.
PAYMENT PLANS
We understand that paying for legal representation is often an unplanned expense that can really drain your resources. For that reason, all clients are offered payment plans that require a down payment and two payments due on the 1st and 15th of each month. If you'd rather pay in full, we'll even give you a discount!
NOTARY SERVICES
Notary services are offered to all Rawls Legal clients. Just call and set up a time with our secretary or paralegal to stop by and have your documents notarized.
